USQRA 2011 - 2012

This is a listing of player and team deadlines for the 2011 - 2012 USQRA season.

Some deadlines have changed per the AGM. Please be aware of these:

  • 8.01.11
    • Team Registration starts
  • 9.01.11
    • Team registration is due. (Art.I, Sec.3, Para.b)
  • 9.15.11
    • Last day for transferring players to submit a written resignation letter to their current team’s coach or representative. Copies of that resignation letter must also be sent to the Commissioner and Secretary’s office, and be received no later than October 1st. (Art.III,Sec.3,para.c)
  • 10.01.11
    • Postseason bids due. (Art.VI, Sec.10)
    • Registration is LATE. A $100 fine is assessed. (Art.I, Sec.3, Para.b)
    • Last day for transferring players to notify the Commissioner and Secretary in writing of their transfer. (Art.III, Sec.3, Para.b)
  • 10.31.11
    • Last day to roster an international player.
  • 11.01.11
    • Last day to roster a team or to add a player.
  • 12.01.11
    • For postseason eligibility - players must have played two games. (Art.I,Sect.2,para.c)
  • 12.15.11
    • Notice of a team’s intention to add, substitute or transfer must be sent to the Commissioner. (Art. I, Sec. 2, Para. a)
    • Last day for proof of residency for transferring players to be submitted to the Secretary and Commissioner. (Art. I, Sec. 2, Para.d)
  • 1.15.12
    • Postseason team transfers. (Art. VI, Sec.6, Para.a)
    • Last day to withdraw from postseason. (Art.VI, Sec.8)
    • Last day to challenge a player’s residency. (Art. III, Sec. 3, Para.e)
  • 1.31.12
    • Last day for a player to request a medical exemption from postseason requirements from the Commissioner. (Art. I, Sec. 2, Para. d)

Before Postseason (New): Players must have played four games total with their rostered team in at least two different tournaments. (see 12.01.10 deadline)
