The 1999 USQRA National Championship is April 15-18, 1999 in Phoenix, Arizona. The tournament is hosted by the Arizona Paralyzed Veterans Association, and is sponsored in part by the Paralyzed Veterans Association, Sunrise Medical, Eagle Sportschairs, Invacare and Sportaid.
