UNITED STATES QUAD RUGBY ASSOCIATION

As the new rugby season rapidly approaches so does the anticipation of getting back out onto the court to once again meet and compete with old friends. For some players this is the time of year to get serious about training again while for new players it is an opportunity to learn the game up close at a quad rugby clinic. Regardless of whether your new or a veteran - quad rugby players are united and anxiously await the first tip-off and hits of the season.

Quad Rugby Central is anticipating the new season as well and has reformatted many of the pages here in preparation. As you wander through QRC you will notice that the Calendar, Sports Page and Address Book have all been updated to make it easier for you to find what you need. A new Quad Rugby poll is up and running and a new interactive Classifieds Page has been added for your convenience. Streamlined audio clips of "This Week in Quad Rugby" are in the works as are quad rugby video highlights. Watch for further details on this real soon..

As November approaches so does Quad Rugby Central's First birthday on the web. In the short time since we got started here we have logged over 10,000 hits, had visitors from all over the globe sign our guest book and we have fielded some 500 pieces of rugby related e-mail. Not bad for a website that has literally had to learn how to write for the web (HTML) as it went along. Thanks go out to all of you who have contributed information and have provided support!

QRC is perhaps the most conclusive single source of information available today on the sport of quad rugby. If your looking for upcoming tournament schedules or for the final scores we probably have it here. If its a story or pictures you need there here as well. Just think, a potential new player can stumble in here and read about the game, look at some pictures, scan the rules, and then locate a team to play with all in a matter of minutes. Pretty cool huh! While we serve the sport first, more importantly we help spread the word to the world that quad rugby is here to stay.

Information is the key to this webs success! In order for it to remain successful I am formally requesting that all of you help out by providing new stories, schedules and results for use here when ever possible. This includes people, teams and organizations from outside of the United States too. If you provide your tournament information and such I will be happy to add it to this web for the world to see. In closing, I burn the midnight oil more often than I prefer in order to keep this web maintained and current for you. Please show your appreciation by doing your part in helping me out by sharing your information in a timely manner.
